The European project SAT-LAW – Strategic AssessmenT for Law and Police Cooperation,
started in 1st August 2018.
The project is led by the Italian Ministry of Justice, Regional Directorate of the Penitentiary Administration of Triveneto, based in Padua, and and will be implemented by a partnership of 9 centers of excellence from 8 European countries:
The purpose of the project is to contribute to the six-monthly report on the application of Directive 2104/41/EU on the European Order of Criminal Investigation, in order to detect the state of harmonization and its interrelation with other judicial instruments in the various European countries.
