The VR-DigiJust e-capsules constitute an important step in the process to establish a regional network of virtual training centres to facilitate the effective and coherent application of specific EU cooperation instruments. Designed to constitute a self-supporting document, each capsule presents the points which justify the need for associated training.

 

This first e-capsule provides a definition of digital justice in the EU and the judicial implications that come with it.
